Grandma's Quiche

When I was little I can remember my Grandma always making quiche, it seemed everytime we went over there that she had some made or was making some. My mom recently gave me the recipe and I tried it out, OMGosh! It was soo good, so I thought I'd share.

2 deep dish pie shells
1 can evaporated milk
1-2 bag(s) of shredded cheese
1-2 cans of meat, your choice or you can use shredded or chopped meat of choice
6 eggs
veggies of choice

Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 for 45 min/1 hour.

I have no idea who the original owner of this recipe is, I am NOT taking credit for it or giving credit to my Grandma.

  2. They don't sell pie crust? That stinks, guess you'll have to learn how to make it, lol. I made a ham, cheese, broccoli & cauliflower one at work and it was soo good! I'm going to make a cheese, chicken, bacon, mushroom for Christmas! I can't wait!!
