Peanut Butter Cake

Peanut Butter Cake
I used a Betty Crocker Super Moist yellow cake mix. Cook as directed.
Frosting:
3/4 jar of peanut butter
1/2 stick of butter
1 box of powdered sugar
5-8 Tbsp. whole white milk
Let butter warm to room temp, mix butter, peanut butter and 2 Tbsp of milk, mix well, slowly add powdered sugar and milk to the consistancy that you want. Keep mixing to get out the lumps. Refrigerate leftovers.

OMGosh! This is the best cake ever, it is sooo good!!

My Hubby & Son, the Sweeties

About a month before Christmas I told Kevin about the Jane Seymour necklace that I had seen on tv. It was close to my birthday and we had went to Walmart, I can't remember what I was doing but Kevin had went to the jewelry counter and was looking around, he said "they don't have the heart necklace that you wanted". So, I told him that they sold them at Kay Jewelers, he remembered this til Christmas!! I got the necklace that I wanted and I didn't even know he went and bought it. I love it, it's sooo pretty!!
And on Christmas morning Brandon brought me a present, he said it was mine from him. It was a bottle of my favorite purfume!! It was too sweet, he even wrapped it himself!!

YaY! Woo Hoo!

I am sooo excited!! Last Saturday this man came to our house to do a demonstration for Rainbow vacuum cleaners. Kevin's mom has one and it was okay but I never really thought about it. Well, this man came to the house, he wasn't half done and we decided that we wanted it! It is so awesome! We didn't think that we'd get it cause you have to finance it. Kevin told me today that we got it!! I was so excited, I was jumping up and down and all happy!! My co-worker/friend was looking at me like I was insane, lmao. I told her that she will have to come over so I can show it to her!! But here is the link if you want to check it out!!

My Putrid Tree

This year we decided to use the pre-lit tree that we bought after Christmas last year, it's smaller than the other one but hey, it came with lights on it! And I can only decorate 3/4 of the tree because of the cat and I only put bows and bells on it. It's pathetic looking, lmao, it looks like a Charlie Brown tree. The cat has decided that like everything else in the house, the tree is his aswell and he can do as he pleases to it, like climb it and run circles in the middle of it!! lol My cat is insane!

Grandma's Quiche

When I was little I can remember my Grandma always making quiche, it seemed everytime we went over there that she had some made or was making some. My mom recently gave me the recipe and I tried it out, OMGosh! It was soo good, so I thought I'd share.

2 deep dish pie shells
1 can evaporated milk
1-2 bag(s) of shredded cheese
1-2 cans of meat, your choice or you can use shredded or chopped meat of choice
6 eggs
veggies of choice

Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 for 45 min/1 hour.

I have no idea who the original owner of this recipe is, I am NOT taking credit for it or giving credit to my Grandma.

Bracelet

This was supposed to be an anklet but it's to short, so I can either leave it as a bracelet or re~do to make it longer. If it were yours which would you prefer? Either way, I thought it turned out great and is super cute in person!

Ribbon Bookmarks

A
year or so ago I bought a ribbon bookmark, then my friend bought me one. They are really pretty but the store bought ones are kinda pricey and have a limited selection. So, we thought we'd give it a try. Here are some of the ones that I made. The one with the bees is mine, I love that ribbon! It's funky cool! And looks great with the beads!!

I was really proud of the one with the frog on the end. It was one of the first ones that I made but I think it's super cute!

The black one is for Kevin's Mawmaw, it has a cross with Jesus on it. It's for her Bible, I hope she likes it!

The Highlander

The Highlander by Ann Vidar Merritt
I really really want this book but I can't find it anywhere and when I do find it, it's $30 or so. I can't figure out why this book is so expensive, it's a paperback book! Kym and I have searched everywhere trying to figure out the secret behind this book, so far we've had no luck in getting the answer.

Intro

I'm new to this whole blogging thing so please be patient with me. I hope to have some great stuff added really soon. I've been working on some new projects for Christmas and hope to have some photos up soon also. I've joined a few new sites in the past couple of days so it's taking some time getting used to each one.
